(Linz, March 2, 2026) 2026 is a special year for Ars Electronica: The Ars Electronica Center celebrates its 30th anniversary and presents major new exhibitions. At the same time, after years at POSTCITY, the Ars Electronica Festival returns from September 9 to 13, 2026 to Linz’s city center for the first time. “Future Begins” is therefore the annual theme of Ars Electronica, complemented during the festival by the subtitle “Negotiating Humanity.”
